A friend of mine auditioned for a Casting Agent and right after the Agent said, “I would have liked to have seen you do a comedic monologue.” My friend replied, “I have a comedic monologue reel on my website.” My friend gave his site name to the Casting Agent and found out later that he was hired based on that video… on his site!
Sometimes roles need to be cast immediately, waiting for a reel is not convenient. Being able to view Headshots, print work, character headshots, Resume and an Acting reel is vital for a Casting Director, Agent or casting Agent to get you hired.
